The Internet Union

Founded 4/5/2020 at 12:41am The Internet Union is a micronation located in North America. The goal of the nation is to support unions, it’s citizens, and to participate in e-commerce.

As a micronation of the Internet, we focus more so on the impact the Internet can have on society. Turning the Internet into our sword and shield is our goal.

We are a republic, we hold elections every six months or so if we have candidates to do so. Our alliances were apart of have predominantly democratic member nations. We hold democracy near and dear to our hearts and want to support democracies as much as possible!

The end goal of the Internet Union is to create a privacy oriented internet community, of which, can generate money for its people and government. Ways we can do that are by creating services, like software development or technical support. Other ways we might introduce money into the equation are through a physical and digital currency backed by procured valuable assets like gold, silver, copper, and more.

A theoretical Federation Of Websites would most likely have its own online regulated currency or ORC. Creating that currency would require money, which we could acquire through investing in the various stock exchanges around the world. The Internet Organization would also most likely function as a mediator between the Internet, and national governments looking to influence or change how it works.
